Data loggers include the TC-08 thermocouple data logger for logging temperature measurements over time. The TC-08 is an eight channel thermocouple-to-PC interface that features cold junction compensation, and can measure the full range of temperatures from -270 degrees Celsius to +1800 degrees Celsius.
